At Almondsbury Garden Centre, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home and garden purchases. If an item isn't quite right, you can return it to us within 28 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

  Securely pack the products to prevent damage during transit, including a note with your order number and contact details.

  Choose Your Method

  Return your items directly to our information desk in-store for free, or send them back via a tracked courier service of your choice.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
